For each check, the payee is told exactly which business documentation is required for release. Invoices containing material costs must be accompanied by appropriate supplier documentation and lien waivers.
When a recipient cannot document payment for material, supplier costs can be addressed directly before the remainder is paid to the subcontractor. Monitoring invoices and payments also provides ongoing loan-to-value oversight.
